This is going to be a trip to remember with a break away from the
November wet and cold in 26 degrees sunshine.

We will be staying at the wonderful 5* Cascades Golf Resort, Spa &
Thalasso and playing the Somabay links style golf course, and using the
world class (and we do mean world class) short game / practice
facilities. This break is going to be an awesome affair with top class
short game coaching followed by a Ryder Cup style competition over 5
rounds and one extra nine hole match on one of the evenings on the
floodlit par 3 nine hole course, and the bonus point island green shots,
it’s going to be a fantastic break. Once we have the full list of
golfers, the two Capatins will then pick their teams one at a time.

The five Ryder Cup style games over 18 holes will be in these formats
Round 1 – 4 ball better ball match play
Round 2 – Texas Scramble pairs match play (min 6 drives each)
Round 3 – 4 ball better ball match play
Round 4 – Texas Scramble pairs match play (min 6 drives each)
Round 5 – Singles match play

Floodlit Nine hole matches
Round 6 – 4 ball better ball match play

Island Green
After the floodlit nine hole matches everyone will take one shot to see
if they can hit and remain on the island green! If so, you will earn
your team an extra point.
